  1. While I appreciate the video and do plan to use the app to some degree, you should have made it clear that things like the meal plan cost money. When the app asked for money for full ability to use all the features, I was a bit annoyed to learn that the meal plans are one of those things. I don't think the price is super terrible, but a heads up would have been nice.

To those people who are thinking or saying that she’s just working out and dieting to obtain a certain body image even though she’s already slim…first of all it’s her body and second of all there’s nothing wrong wanting to improve yourself. As long she’s doing it in a healthy manner, I am not against of what she does to her body. Yes, a lot of people work out and diet to achieve their idea of a “perfect” body, but what’s wrong in doing that if it helps them feel good about themselves and they come out with a banging body? We should be encouraging each other to be healthy and fit, not shaming each other.

  4. I hate that when you don't look fat people asume your body is perfect but it isn't true! It's not about weight but your muscle/fat proportion. A healthy diet and workout are good for anybody, skinny or not.

  6. In old Danish we used to call cellulite 'fløjlshud' – velvet skin – and is wasn't seen as something negativ, on the contrary.
    Then the beauty industry kicked in and the teen body became the ideal. All the adult female characteristics as body hair, wide hips, a bit of fat and a soft stomach got shamed.
    Of cause you should alway try to be healthy but never feel ashamed to look like a grown woman! So you rock those short shorts and love your velvet skin ❤

  8. regular cardio and strength-training will tone muscle and decrease the appearance of cellulite but there is no cream to magically make it go away sadly.

  9. People shaming Taylor for wanting to build muscle are so uneducated. Not only does building muscle help with body aches as you get older and dramatically decreases them, but it helps you become stronger and do things in everyday life much easier. And yes, cellulite does disappear when there is some muscle base on the bottom just as she said – I see plenty of 50+ year old ladies at my gym with bodies better than many 20-30 year olds who drink, party and eat wrong and they have ABS and no cellulite because they are taking care of their health. And anyone who thinks that improving yourself and working towards goals is a negative message should think twice because we are alive to learn and grow! Last but not least, gaining muscle as a woman doesn't mean you will look like a bodybuilder – that is insane and impossible for many reasons and one of them is that to gain even a tiny bit of muscle you need to put in A LOT of effort and to eat A LOT of foods that are rich in protein, plus supplements and lifting extremely heavy weights. It's not easy AT ALL to gain muscle and it's super easy to lose it – you won't grow to be a huge buff dude as a woman naturally, but you will look like a fitness model if you go regularly and get the abs and definition if you're serious and follow a proper diet. And if Tay tay you happen to read this I really want to point you to Keto diet. I know you eat vegetarian foods but ever since I have gone on this diet my hormonal problems dissappeared basically and so did my cellulite (I heard that keto can aid in it too). Not only that but for the first time in my life I actually feel energetic… I always felt like a sloth and little did I know it was because of carbs!

  13. Love that you challenged yourself Tay! I think it’s inspiring to see something you want to change and work towards that.

    I think people need to take the positive from this video and stop comparing yourself to Taylor and her goals . That’s not what this video is about it’s making healthy choices to make you feel good about yourself , and find apps and other sources to help tailor that journey !

    We all have things we want to change. It will be difficult . It may not be what others approve of but that’s not important . Loving yourself and making decisions to make you happier and healthier is what’s of highest importance !!

    (please consider your younger viewers! I watched a few of your vids and you seem to give off a positive attitude but suddenly having a video about “weight loss” is giving the wrong idea to younger, easily influenced people)

  16. I wouldn’t really consider someone who eats fish and chicken as any type of vegetarian. Ovo would be eggs and milk, but you chose not to do dairy and will still eat chicken and fish? That’s only cutting red meat and it’s products, not a vegetarian diet

  17. RANT I'm 171cm and 59kg now. I used to weight 49kg but I want to weight around 53kg. I gained all this weight in two years after I moved in with my very muscular dancer boyfriend who eats a ton and idk I may have accidentally started shifting into his eating habits and I am so annoyed! I just wanted to rant because I want to know if anyone of you have similar situation with me D: Edit: I am 25 years old

I tried contacting them through their support chat and their email but I haven’t heard back from them I also tried to request a refund from Apple support but it didn’t let me.   22. It’s a big misconception that naturally skinny people don’t need to exercise, it keeps your heart and other organs healthy but obviously goals and calorie intact should be altered from the generic “fat loss” diets people who want to loose weight do

  25. My excitement to try “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) weight loss program is at all time high. My very own eating habits and my consistency of few workouts wasn`t altered and change. In merely a short period of 1 month, I already dropped 6 lbs. With the help of this process, I did observe that I consumed food less and also filled up quicker. .
