Bagara Rice Basmathi Rice 1 Glass Soak it for 1/2 an hour with water Required Ingredients Garlic 6 to 8 pods cashew 10 to 12 Splits Bayleaf 2 count Sliced greenchilli 5 as per our spiciness Sliced onion 1 medium Flinely chopped tomato 1 medium Finely choped coriander and mint leaves Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Whole garam masala 3 Green cardamom pods, 4 Cloves 3 Small Cinnamon sticks , 2 Star Anise Finely powdered Nutmeg 1/4 tsp 2 mace and 2 wailong Shawjeera 1 tsp Salt to taste Ghee 1 Tbsp Oil 2 Tbsp Switch on the flame Put a thick Pan when it is lightly heat Add Ghee and oil to it Let it heat for a while Now add garlic and cashew Let them slightly colored Now add whole garam Now add Green chilli slices After 2 min add sliced onions too Cook them untill the onions get light brown coloured Add pinch of salt to cook onions fast when the onions get coloured Add ginger garlic past Cook for 2 min Now add chopped tomatos Let the tomatos get soft Mix it well cover the pan with lid untill tomato get soft Now add water to it If you take basmati rice, take 1 and 1/2 cup water for 1cup rice For normal rice take 2 cups of water Add required salt to it Let the water to rolling boil You can add tasted sat to it Now add soaked rice and add coriander mint leaves Mix them well Cover the lid and cook it for 15 to 20 min for low flame after 20 min the rice cooked Now Tasty Bagara Rice Is Ready
