  3. Hi Natasha,

Looks like a great one-pot recipe.
I've looked at over a dozen other one-pot recipes but yours is the one I feel most comfortable trying.
But before I do, I just had a few questions:
    1. Can I chop 2-4 cloves of garlic instead of using a whole head?
    2. Is there something I can using in place of wine?
    3. If I wanted to add a green vegetable, what would you recommend? Broccoli? Spinach? When/how would I add it?
    4. Finally, how did you heat the five cups of chicken broth before adding it to the recipe?

    Thanks! : )

  4. Made this twice this week. Good recipe! First time I made it I made it true to the recipe. My family loved it! To me it felt more like a side dish though. Almost like chicken flavored rice a roni but much much much better… So I just made it tonight again and I did everything the same except for I sauteed mushrooms up as well as the carrots and onion and no chicken. And then I added scallions when I served on plate. Used it as a side dish with glazed pork chops and garlic green beans. Yummmmmmm

  5. I love how you make everything look so easy to do. By the way, I already made one of your recipes last night for dinner. Less than four hours of watching your videos and I went to the grocery store to buy my ingredients and I started to cook. Thanks again Natasha.

  6. Hey just so I want to share my take on this recipe because I suited it to my preference

    – 1 1/2 pounds chicken leg meat boneless
    – 1/2 cup dry Parmesan cheese
    – 2 carrots (grated with a cheese grater to get the texture)
    – 1/2 an onion (I thought one was a bit much for two cups of rice)
    – 2 8oz boxes of mushrooms
    – 2 celery sticks thinly sliced
    – 2 cups jasmine rice
    – 4 cups chicken broth
    – 1 cup of milk (to add richness)
    – 1 tablespoon dried parsley (I didn't have fresh)
    – 2 tbs butter
    – whole garlic head
    – salt and pepper to taste
    – 1 cup of white wine
    – 2 bay leafs

Thank you for this recipe! I loved it so much , being 17 and cooking for 5, this was quick and delicious!

  9. Does anyone else have this problem where videos posted on this format you can only see on your phone? I can't seem to see it on my tablet. Does anybody know why?

  10. Great video but is it just me or even though she was just on that stove it looks like she’s in front of a green screen for the taste test

  11. If you dont already you should definitely look into making your own chicken stock. It makes a world of difference taste wise over store bought stuff.

  12. Yummy recipe! My husband was slightly appalled at not using the garlic after it was cooked. We ended up peeling & pureeing the cooked garlic and adding it into the rice for extra flavor. Very tasty!

  13. Natasha is it mandatory to add wine in ths dish…or any alternate is thr..accept wine.plz let me known.

  14. Ура, на русском языке написаны ингредиенты!!! 👏 Приготовила по вашему рецепту, очень вкусно получилось. Спасибо огромное от меня и моего мужа!!! 👍😘😘😘

  15. I made this today! This was the first recipe I cooked in my new Dutch Oven and it turned out amazing! Only thing I changed was subbing Parmesan cheese for Pecorino Romano as a personal preference. Thank you for this great dish!

  16. Thank you for your receipt. It is sooo delicious. I made it today and used my home made chickensoup.
Send you my greetings from Germany.

  17. HI, could you please also mention Wine/Alcohol alternatives please? i'm a Muslim and we dont consume alcohol

  18. I made it and it was absolutely delicious. The only thing I did differently was I didn’t really cook down the white wine cause I really like the taste of it in chicken, and I left the garlic in. Also didn’t add the Parmesan to the whole thing just individual bowls as I ate it so the pot wouldn’t be sticky.

  19. What I love about Natasha is that her video is nice and short but yummy food, I have neither the time nor the patient to watch 10-15 minutes cooking video, so thank you Natasha.

  20. Omg I think I’m going to try everything u make yum awesome 👏 👌 I’m Turkish but I cook a lot of different varieties Asian Italian mine and my hubby and kids favourite etc

  21. Yum can I use chicken breasts instead oh and instead of wine what can I use…lemon juice?…vinegar I cannot use 1 cup of lemon juice lol soo….vinegar and lemon juice

  22. I tried this and our boy loved it! Even i forgot the butter at the end but still delicous . Thank you natashia !

  23. I love chicken and rice. My mom makes it for me every other weekend and I eat whatever leftovers we have for lunch at school. Except the way she makes it, she doesn't put wine in it.
