You are watching Bakina kuhinja. Today we will make sauerkraut with dry meat. It is very simple. Ingredients you need are one sauerkraut (sour cabbage) smaller one, about 400 grams of dried ribs, instead of ribs you can use smoked meat or something like that. You need one onion, that you need to cut, one larger spoon of fat, sweet powder paprika, powder chilly paprika, and you need chilly in very small amount. Also you need laurel, 3 pieces of garlic, and some pepper. This is about all you need. Sour cabbage is salted already, so you dont need salt. You’ll see, it is very simple to do. First, you will fry onion with fat. Later, you add and stew cabbage. You need to stew it about 30 minutes. Than you add dry ribs. You do that at the end of stewing. See, nothing complex. It is the season of sauerkraut, so you will have perfect lunch. I know you probably all have sauerkraut because you are good host. But add just little bit. Small amount of water – few spoons. Near the end we add garlic. Start the oven at 200 degrees. Add chilly paprika, which is not necessary, and sweet paprika. Now mix it nicely. Lets see. It is juicy. Of course, you can use corn bread with it. Dry ribs really gives good taste. Half glass of beer would be great with this. Garlic too.
